About Zeki Rusen Gurbuz
A journey immersed in the Yoka System from birth.
Born as the second child of Yogi Kazım and Ülkü Gürbüz, Zeki Ruşen Gürbüz grew up within the Yoka System.
Until he started university in 1996, he actively practiced Yoka.
After spending 10 years farming on his own land in Adana, he moved to Manisa, where he founded Maya Yoga and began teaching Yoka System classes.
He later completed the 200-Hour Yoga Specialization Program under his sister, Hikmet Gürbüz, and is now teaching Yoka classes at Maya Yoga’s three studios in Istanbul.
In addition to Yoka, he has also trained in Kalari, further deepening his personal practice.
