Yin Yoga Training: Deep Calm and Balance
Yin Yoga is a practice that emerged from the original Hatha Yoga tradition, blending Chinese Taoist philosophies and Western scientific influences.

Why Yin Yoga?
While traditional YOGA practices are generally yang-oriented, focusing on strengthening the muscles, Yin Yoga complements this approach by targeting the fascia, joints, and inner tranquility. The key difference between Yin and Yang yoga practices is that in Yin, poses are held for a longer duration with muscles kept relaxed. This allows for a deeper release of tension, mental calmness, and a harmonious balance between body and mind.
Training
In this training, you will learn how to correctly apply the fundamental Yin Yoga poses, explore Modern Meridian Theory that explains the flow of energy through the body’s connective tissues, and dive into the Chakra system. Just like in acupuncture, energy flows through meridians in the body, and Yin Yoga provides a profound way to balance and align this energy for physical and emotional well-being.
Yin Yoga is the perfect practice for those seeking a soothing and deep experience. In this training, you’ll not only find deep inner peace but also gain the expertise to offer this calming and balancing practice to your students.

Hear from Our Yoga Graduates: Their Journey, Their Stories, Their Growth
"I have reached the end of the most meaningful and right action (Satya) I have ever taken for myself in my 33 years of life... 9 (plus 1) full weeks?! What I thought would never end has now flown by, and I’m in disbelief that it’s over. I find myself crying because it’s finished."
Burcu Atalay
"As I reach the end of the 200-hour, 9-week Yoga Specialization Program, my feelings are so mixed and complex… Who would have thought I’d spend every Saturday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM engrossed in yoga? Maya Yoga, the place where I immersed myself for 9 whole weeks, is now not just a studio but my home, my family."
Sema Gizem Rose
"Everyone has a story, right? I have mine, too—like the invisible truth hidden behind the visible. This story captivated me, and it’s a tale that can only be understood if I lift the curtain of language. It is the story of how I found yoga and began my journey."
