Membership Terms

Before becoming a Maya Yoga member and before purchasing any related service or membership package, the following Membership Terms and Conditions must be read carefully.

1. Prerequisites for Membership

Anyone who is 18 years of age or older, or under 18 with written consent from a parent or legal guardian, and who has obtained any medical report required by Maya Yoga, is eligible to become a Maya Yoga member.

2. Eligibility for Membership

Maya Yoga membership becomes valid:

For online sales, upon signing the relevant Distance Sales Agreement for the purchased service or membership package and completing the payment.

For direct sales, upon signing a written agreement between Maya Yoga and the Member and completing the payment.

For single-session individual classes, workshops, and trainings, membership is activated upon online execution of the Distance Sales Agreement and payment.

For period-based membership packages, membership is activated only after the online purchase and the signing of a written agreement at Maya Yoga.

3. Commencement of Membership Rights

Membership rights related to the services covered by the agreement begin once the Member:

Registers on the Maya Yoga website or mobile application,

Signs the Distance Sales Agreement,

Completes payment via the virtual POS system, and/or

Signs the written agreement activating the membership.

Individuals whose membership has not been activated cannot benefit from the rights granted to members under the Distance Sales Agreement.

4. Membership Fees

Membership fees are the prices announced on the Maya Yoga website, mobile application, or at the premises, as determined on the membership start date.

5. Membership and Cancellation Conditions

If a single-session service is not used on the purchased date and time or if the remaining payment is not completed, the right to that session expires. No alternative session may be requested, and advance payments are non-refundable.

Only the individual who signed the agreement and whose membership record was created may benefit from purchased packages or services. Membership is non-transferable, may not be used by third parties, and may not pass to heirs.

Cancellations and changes related to classes, studio sessions, events, and instructors are solely at Maya Yoga’s discretion and will be announced in the studio or via email.

By signing the Distance Sales Agreement and/or written membership agreement, the Member agrees to fully comply with all obligations stated therein and accepts that contractual sanctions will apply in case of non-compliance.

For single-session services (sessions, workshops, trainings), membership suspension, termination, or withdrawal is not possible except in cases of Maya Yoga’s fault.

For period-based memberships, termination, suspension, and withdrawal conditions are governed by the written Membership Agreement and the attached Membership Sales Form signed by the Member.

6. Information Provided During Registration

During registration, the Member undertakes to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and (if applicable) company information,

Keep membership information current and notify Maya Yoga of any changes.

If incomplete or incorrect information is identified, Maya Yoga may delete the membership record, and previously made payments shall not be refunded.

7. Member Information, Personal Data, and Privacy

All information and personal data provided by Members during registration are stored securely by Maya Yoga in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Members are required to read the Privacy Policy available on Maya Yoga’s website and mobile application. Maya Yoga shall store and use all provided information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

8. Electronic Commercial Communications

By signing the Agreement, the Member consents to receiving informational and commercial electronic communications from Maya Yoga to the email address provided.

The Member acknowledges that:

Contact details will not be shared with third parties,

Records of electronic communications may be stored and submitted to relevant authorities if required,

Electronic communications (email and/or SMS) may be canceled at any time by sending a request to info@maya-yoga.com

9. Notifications by Maya Yoga

All announcements and routine communications regarding class content, schedules, cancellations, and changes may be made via:

Notices posted on the studio notice board, and/or

Emails sent to Members.

Members may not claim loss of rights due to failure to check announcements or emails.

10. Written Notices and Service of Documents

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all written notices between Maya Yoga and the Member shall be sent to the postal address provided at the time of contract execution. Notifications sent to these addresses shall be deemed valid unless changes are formally notified.

11. Validity

If any provision of these Membership Terms or signed agreements is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entry into Force

By registering on the website or mobile application, selecting a service or membership package, and signing the Distance Sales Agreement, the individual is deemed to have accepted these Membership Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
