300-Hours Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Alliance Certified

For the first time in Turkey, Maya Yoga Studio has structured a Yoga Alliance certified 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program into individual modules, allowing participants to complete the training over a period of up to three years.

We launched our first Yoga Alliance certified 300-hour program in 2015 in collaboration with Svastha Yoga.

Prior to that, Maya Yoga had already been offering advanced-level teacher training programs for over 23 years within its own structure.

This program is specially designed for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of yoga and take their teaching journey to the next level.

Program Categories

The 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program at Maya Yoga is a comprehensive and carefully structured training built upon years of experience.

This Yoga Alliance–certified program follows the globally recognized five-category standard, with a wide range of thoughtfully designed modules under each category.

Thanks to its modular structure, participants are not required to commit to an extended training period all at once. Instead, they can choose the modules that best match their interests and schedule.

You have a total of three years to complete the full certification. Each participant must fulfill the required minimum hours in each of the five categories, with the remaining hours completed through elective modules.

Voices of Transformation

Hear from Our Yoga Graduates: Their Journey, Their Stories, Their Growth

"I have reached the end of the most meaningful and right action (Satya) I have ever taken for myself in my 33 years of life... 9 (plus 1) full weeks?! What I thought would never end has now flown by, and I’m in disbelief that it’s over. I find myself crying because it’s finished."

Burcu Atalay

"As I reach the end of the 200-hour, 9-week Yoga Specialization Program, my feelings are so mixed and complex… Who would have thought I’d spend every Saturday-Sunday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM engrossed in yoga? Maya Yoga, the place where I immersed myself for 9 whole weeks, is now not just a studio but my home, my family."

Sema Gizem Rose

"Everyone has a story, right? I have mine, too—like the invisible truth hidden behind the visible. This story captivated me, and it’s a tale that can only be understood if I lift the curtain of language. It is the story of how I found yoga and began my journey."
