She graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University with a degree in International Relations. She worked for nearly 17 years in the corporate world across various sectors, gaining deep experience in planning, organizational structuring, people relations, and management.
The fast pace of corporate life and the mental–physical pressure brought on by modern living gradually led Ayça toward a more holistic quest. Discovering yoga became not just a physical practice, but the beginning of a transformative inner journey where she found balance between body, mind, and spirit.
Over time, recognizing the profound impact yoga had on her life, she decided to pursue this path professionally. Through comprehensive trainings, mentorships, and ongoing specialization programs, she approaches yoga not as a mechanical routine, but as a safe, awareness-based space tailored to each individual.
In her classes, she prioritizes body awareness, nervous system regulation, breath, slowing down, and inner balance.
Her aim is to share a grounded yet deeply meaningful approach to yoga within the rhythms of modern life.
She continues her yoga journey as a lifelong student, with sincerity, simplicity, and consistency.
